[Jenkins-infra] Jira Maintenance on Saterday 25th of August a 8AM (UTC)

Yes, you are right the license expired in March 2017 and I needed
billing information to renew itI couldn't find one so I used my information, but what should we do in
the futur?Should we use  SPI billing information? 

I also renewed another plugin called "capture"  cfr
