Dear Jenkins INFRA Team,

Just FYI, I am experimenting with a DockerHub organization for experimental
Docker images. This is a part of the Platform SIG activities for multi-arch
repos. Please disregard, I will create a JEP if the experiment is
successful OR delete the org otherwise.
