So the migration stalled a bit because the `jenkinsciinfra` user became an
organization, and I didn't realize until after the trigger was pulled that I
don't actually have valid credentials for the `jenkinsadmin` role account
(ndeloof does and he's on vacation this week).
I'll be creating a new role account to unblock pushing of containers in the
meantime.
