[Jenkins-infra] Unable to login to my jenkins JIRA account

I can't login in to http://issues.jenkins-ci.org/, it complains unknown
userid or wrong password (it worked at least till a week back), trying to
reset password doesn't work, https://accounts.jenkins.io says it sent email
but I did not receive any. Have done multiple times and checked spam
folders, in any case my login should not stop working forcing me to reset
password:)

Please help resolve this as I can't update any issues.
