[Jenkins-infra] INFRA-2275: Allow CloudBees Product Hub App to access jenkinsci GitHub org?

Hey everyone,

I would like to formally request the Jenkins Project considers approving
the "CloudBees Product App" access to https://github.com/jenkinsci/.
I am tracking this at https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-2275

This GitHub App relates to ongoing CloudBees work around Software Delivery
Management
<https://www.cloudbees.com/blog/introducing-software-delivery-management>,
which was also demoed during Devops World Jenkins World 2019 some weeks ago
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3480&v=4iJC_HMsxUM>.

Does anyone have anything against us approving this request?
