[Jenkins-infra] INFRA-2275: Allow CloudBees Product Hub App to access jenkinsci GitHub org?

I believe Marky referred to the link JIRA issue.
In there, you'll see permissions are exclusively Read.

And yes, I'm ideally requesting this permission to be enabled at the org
level.
