[Jenkins-infra] Rackspace is willing to continue sponsorship

Great news,

A rep from Rackspace reached out to me and he said he's working on an
arrangement to resurrect the sponsorship of our account on Rackspace. I
think this is a great development.

The only thing they are asking in return is to be able to use the project's
logo on their page, that they support us. It sounded like it is a part of
the broader marketing effort to position their new service called "Spin
Up", which is targeting developers. They are not expecting us to migrate
servers or anything like that, but my assumption is that our "subscription
plan" changes into this new brand.

Let me know what you think. Unless I hear the objections, I'd like to go
back to him that the project would like to move forward. I'll also hand
over this conversation to Olivier so that I won't have to be the middleman.
