Have they expressed any desirable timeframe to support us? I would love to see
them at least put down some sort of year or two committment, at least in email.
They pulled the rug out from under a LOT of open source projects recently, all
of whom had the same quid-pro-quo arrangement we had.

I think it's great to utilize Rackspace, but only if they're going to stick
around for a year or two to support us.
