[Jenkins-infra] Rackspace is willing to continue sponsorship

My understanding as well. If we do not need to jump through extra hoops to
keep the current setup running, it is a win for us.
It is better to eventually consolidate the Infra, barring we have funding
for that. But migration costs time, and right now we have bigger fish to
fry with AWS/Azure and Core release automation. So keeping the Rackspace
sponsorship is helpful.
